The entrance fee for each company team is E200.00. Private team
entry fee is E150.00. Private teams wearing company t-shirts or with
advertising banners will be charged as a company team.
All cheques to be made payable to "Lions Club of Manzini"
Signatures below also constitutes a personal indemnity in support of the
Captain's indemnity hereunder.

Any person whose signature does not appear beside their name, will bedeemed
to be unofficial.
NO ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT TEAM SIGNATURES
Indemnity to be signed by the Captain responsible for his/her team:
On behalf of the entrants I hereby INDEMNIFY the organisers against all
claims arising out of injury or loss whilst participating in or travelling
to and/or from the event. I hereby accept and agree that the team and I will
abide by the rules and regulations attached.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Ink, dye and/or dangerous objects may not be taken onto the fieldand
nothing should be thrown or propelled at other participants or spectators,
except as instructed by organisers of the event or referees as part of an
official game.
- Please note that the organisers of the event shall not be responsible,
whether ex contractu or ex delictu, for any injury to any person, damage
to any property, patrimonial loss, and/or any other loss or damage that might
occur prior to the start, during, and/or after the race.
- By taking part in or watching the event all participants andspectators
shall be deemed to have irrevocably consented to the aforegoingterms
and conditions.
- No children under the age of 12 years will be permitted to enter without
a parent/guardian present.Entrants under the age of 18 require a parents
or guardians consent, and in signing, confirm that this consent has been
given.
- Teams entering from schools, or teams with a Captain under theage of
18 must have this entry form signed by a school teacher, parent orguardian,
responsible for entering the team.
- All competitors enter at their own risk.
- Only team members registered on this form may participate in the events
and may not be assisted by other persons.
- Teams may not interfere with or impede other teams, except asinstructed
by organisers of the event or referees as part of an officialgame.
- Should the event be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances,the organisers
reserve the right to organise alternate arrangements.
- Entry fees are non-refundable.
- Starting procedures and game rules will be announced on the dayof the
event. Competitors should not begin before the official start andmust
comply with the referee's instructions.
- Any objections should be lodged with referees immediately after the
end of the game.
- Judges decisions are final and objections will not be considered after
awards/prizes have been given.
Teams failing to comply with these rules will be disqualified.
